About.
"One of the most capable and dependable people I've worked with. You cut through complexity, align stakeholders, and deliver."
I'm a product and technical leader who thrives when the problem is messy and the stakes are high. I've spent 18+ years taking apart complex systems—in aviation, scientific research, and government tech—and turning that understanding into clear strategy and shipped product. I care about the intersection of deep technology and business outcomes: not features for their own sake, but solutions that scale and that people trust.
I excel at the intersection of deep technology and business strategy: deconstructing complex systems, aligning stakeholders, and delivering roadmaps and products that scale.
I'm at my best when I'm bridging business and engineering: translating vision into roadmaps, unblocking teams, and making sure the right problems get the right attention. I also build in the lab—contract risk pipelines, dynamic pricing, bus-factor visibility—to stay close to the craft and to test ideas that might matter.

How I work
- — Deconstruct first: understand the system, the data, and the constraints before committing to a solution.
- — Align stakeholders around a single narrative so engineering, business, and customers move in the same direction.
- — Ship in steps: milestones that deliver value early and reduce risk, with clear ownership and feedback loops.
What I'm looking for
Roles where the core challenge is decomposing complex systems and turning that understanding into durable product and platform strategy.
- — Senior product leadership in complex, data‑intensive SaaS — travel, govtech, scientific research, or adjacent domains.
- — Mandates where ambiguity, system design, and portfolio P&L responsibility are central to the role.
- — Teams that value hands‑on collaboration with engineering, data, and architecture rather than arm's‑length product ownership.

Huge thanks for the outstanding work and partnership through the run-up to launch. You went above and beyond on deadlines, enablement, and training the team—it's been a real pleasure working with you.
The time you took to put together and share this with the wider architecture community was greatly appreciated. We had a large turnout and the cross-pollination and situational awareness you created will help new ideas take root.
Thank you for the great collaboration over the past year, and especially for the transparent communication and openness. It made it feel like we were in the same office despite being on different continents.
One of the most capable and dependable people I've worked with. You cut through complexity, align stakeholders, and deliver. I'd work with you again in a heartbeat.
You don't just understand the technical side—you connect it to the business in a way that gets everyone moving in the same direction. That's rare and valuable.
When things get ambiguous or high-stakes, you're the person we bring in. You de-risk delivery and give leadership clear options. Outstanding partner.

I write about product, architecture, and the craft of building systems when I get the chance.
Outside work
Away from work, I've pursued a few long-running disciplines: formal certificates in vocal music and fine art, competitive sport, and volunteering through community organisations. I don't lead with these in a professional setting, but they shape how I show up—discipline and resilience from sport, patience from art, and a bias to contribute rather than just consume.
